Friendship and a Love for cars

Founded in 2022, Chassis Dyno Solutions (CDS) is the product of friendship, a love for racing and a dedication to quality service.

Shawn and Andrew are two high school buddies who have been friends for nearly two decades. Their friendship started with a love for old vintage hot rods and cruising down the streets of Fresno, CA on warm Friday nights. After high school, Andrew went full time into the automotive industry and continued to grow in his passion, knowledge and skills of high performance vehicles. Today he can pinpoint how to improve the performance and the overall driving experience of most vehicles. He is an Advanced Level ASE certified technician, served as a hot rot instruction for Universal technical institute prior to moving to chico and before that was a master certified tech for Jaguar for 6 years. Shawn continued to grow in his love for speed and racing and is always looking for the next race to compete in. His favorite fun race is the 24hrs of Lemons which he did in a 91 Ford Ranger flat bed.

Together, with the support of Andrew’s wife, Katie who happens to have an extensive background in event planning, they decided to bring together a love for cars, speed and competition while having a ton of fun along the way.
